1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between t299 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By browsing the t299.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the t299.cam website and all associated services.
• "Member" refers to any registered individual who holds a personal account on t299.
• "Betting" refers to placing wagers with real money on cricket, e-sports, or any other event.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal fund management interface within a member's t299 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to balance credited as a promotional offer rather than as real money.

2 Account Registration and Use

Every individual wishing to open an account on t299 must meet the following conditions:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may operate one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

• At any stage of registration, t299 reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity using a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved identity document.
• For deposits and withdrawals, the payment method and the account holder's identity must match.
• If a request for identity verification is made, failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• Providing false age or identity information will result in permanent account closure and all associated balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on t299 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits must be sent from your own registered payment account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to registered payment methods and verified accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• In the case of unusual transactions, t299 may hold a withdrawal until identity verification is complete.

t299 reserves the right to investigate any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering and to report it to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

t299 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. The current welcome bonus and applicable terms are set out below:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering Requirement: After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times the bonus amount). This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Certain games or betting categories may be restricted when using bonus funds — separate terms apply to each offer.
• A member may benefit from a promotion once only.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, t299 reserves the right to cancel the bonus in question and review the account.
• t299 may modify or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.

VIP Program: t299 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and contribution, and receive weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% respectively.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply at all times for betting and gaming on t299:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, t299 reserves the right to void the bets in question.
• Should a dispute arise over the outcome of any game, t299's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• For cricket betting, the specific rules of BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, and other international events apply.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended midway, t299 will determine the bet outcome according to its own rules.
• If a connection is lost during a live gaming session, the game result will be determined according to server records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on t299 and will result in permanent account closure if they occur:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit loopholes in promotional terms.
• Being involved in match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of an event.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an artificial advantage.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained through unlawful means on the platform.
• Colluding with other members to control betting outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to t299's systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.

For any of the above violations, t299 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit all balances, and inform law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

t299 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Questions arising about the accuracy of information provided, or failure to cooperate with verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Before closure, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be provided, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a rule violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

t299 makes every effort to operate a secure and reliable platform. However, t299 will not be liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of a third-party service.
• Unexpected technical errors, server downtime, or cyber attacks.
• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or use of an insecure device.
• Disruption to the service due to government restrictions or legal changes.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. Members are solely responsible for any losses. In no case will t299's maximum liability exceed the amount of the member's actual deposited balance in their wallet.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Information provided at registration will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and verifying identity.
• t299 never sells members' personal information.
• All transactions are secured through SSL encryption and modern security technology.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between t299 and any member, the following process must be followed:

• Step 1: Contact the support team directly via live chat or email and provide full details.
• Step 2: The support team will review the complaint and attempt to provide a resolution within the specified time.
• Step 3: If both parties cannot reach a resolution, t299 will make a final decision in accordance with its own review process.

t299's server logs and records will serve as final evidence in all dispute resolution processes. The deadline for filing a complaint is a maximum of 30 days from the date of the incident.

12 Amendments, Changes and Enforceability

t299 reserves the right to partially or fully amend, change, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members by email or via a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after revised terms are published means you have accepted the updated terms.
• If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.
• The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the definitive version and takes precedence over any translation.
